The Meta-Games, Chapter Three

"Dear", the announcer (whom apparently is named Jessica) said, "I do believe that you have not told us your age." "I- I'm thirteen." I pitched my voice to make me sound weaker. I heard snickering across the aisle, the twins Leah and Laura were watching and listening to me. So, I returned the favor. "How long do you think that 'newbie' will last?", Leah said. Laura replied, "If she comes in contact with your boyfriend, Damian is it, she won't last a second." I decided to wait to make my move, wait for both sessions of training and mentoring. I was told that the mentor this year would be… Chef Hatchet of the Total Drama universe? I decided I'll stick with my own methods, and not listen to him during the mentoring session. During the training, I began to put my skills to practice. I mainly stuck to improving things that I suck at, and watched the others. Damian had his utility belt, and is a master at combat. I can top combat, no problem. I made a mental note to make sure that I was the one to injure him. If I do that, I'll be able to retrieve his utility belt, and everything inside. With that gear, it'd be easy to take-out the three speedsters. I could only hope that the archer was weak.
