Leah and Laura Wicth

Once, there was an all-powerful sorcerer, his name long forgotten. He wanted heirs, so he went down to Earth after falling in love with a woman whom he believed to be a sorceress. The two had twins together, but because the woman was mortal, the sorcerer died the day that the twins were born. Strangely, their factors when biologically tested are identical, but look more fraternal. Laura, having for some reason gotten most of the sorcery, had pale skin, black hair, and red eyes. Leah, who only had the twin-link with her sister, and enough to make her sister all-powerful and grant one wish for herself, had hazel eyes, and light brown hair, complemented by a fine complection and freckles. (Leah's wish was to become a master martial artist.) Anyway, they can also extend their mental link to others through Laura's magical powers. They discovered their powers when Laura changed the weather with her emotions when she was beaten up at school. They also found out about Leah's powers when she defended her sister in the fight, which she won. They figured out that it was the wish that she had made the night before.

Today they masquerade out on heroic adventures, Leah as the Mortal Witch, and Laura as Gotham's Witch. (Notice that their last name is witch if you switch around the "c" and "t".) Laura is a sucker for romance, and her sister is Damian Wayne's lover.
